  Waste of my time. Spent a few days and messaged them back and forth to see if I could arrange my own shipping. They did not listen and instead quoted me more than the ebay listing for the same product so I ended up just buying it through the ebay ad. They then messaged me saying shipping was too much an asked if I could arrange my own shipping.. which is what I asked for to begin with.. Then they just cancelled my order out of the blue. Would not recommend doing business with them.

  Buyer was informed after purchase that international shipping to Canada was quoted over £150 for 2kg, making shipment unviable. We messaged to explain the situation and offered collection before cancelling. We’re a small family business and regret any inconvenience caused. We always aim to provide clear communication and fair service to all our customers.

  Seller updated eBay records to state item had been posted but was not tracked. Item never arrived. Subsequently seller says item is now out of stock. I have had to ask eBay to intervene for a refund almost a month later. Seller comms very poor and disingenuous. I would not purchase from this eBay seller again. Very disappointing.
