  New with no issues. I received exactly what the listing had, with a great quality product. I can't find this product locally, so this is a great price for what I need.   Seller completely lied about having the item in stock and subsequently cancelled the order. Absolutely ridiculous that these sellers are unable to track their inventory and just wasted my time trying to get the item for the weekend
