  Je suis content de mon achat. C’est exactement ce que je voulais. Lors de l’assemblage des éléments, je constate que c’est un appareil de grande qualité, et d’une belle finition. Le vendeur me semble être quelqu’un de sérieux et respectueux, car nous avons communiqué avant l’achat, et la livraison s’est faite bien plus tôt que la date butoir. J’ai reçu mon colis dans la boîte aux lettres, correctement emballé et intact. Je recommande vivement ce vendeur.

  Shipped same day but still took 8 days from California, ok. My third Fosi product, value is off the charts IMO. Only wish they would double box, contents intact. I'd pay an extra couple $. Overall good service, excellent products.

  I did not get the item I ordered. I personally ordered this item for the price because I had the extended 2.33 inch tubes. They send me the one with the smaller tubes.. They offer a four dollar discount instead of sending me the proper equipment . I’ve explained to them multiple times that I need this and I’m using it so please send me the proper size tubes that are advertised in the picture . This has been a week ordeal. They will only reply one time every 24 hours.

  Before I bought the Item I asked a few questions which were promptly answered by a Fosi CSR. They were very friendly and helpful. I then purchased my 2nd BT30D pro with a bigger power supply after the Fosi CSR answered my inquiries. Unfortunately I received half of my order. I ordered The BT30D pro with the 48V 5A power supply but received the 32V 5A power supply. I messaged Fosi’s CSR and they sent me the right order it cost me postage which is supposed to be refunded. Still waiting on it.
