    I placed my order and waited. When it didn't arrive on time I contacted the seller. There was no response! I contacted the seller again the next day asking if there was a tracking number with no response. I contacted them again a couple days later asking what was going on expressing I needed this item for work and I need to know if the item is actually going to arrive. Never responded once left me waiting and hanging. That's no way to run a business! Your actions prove you don't care! Thanks

    All went well and the instrument is operating well. Our only blip had nothing to do with the product or shipping. My email said that the item had arrived on one day, and it was actually delivered the next day-which was the day that they had predicted. USPS was the culprit. No problems with this vendor nor with its item we purchased. Would buy from the again.
