  I changed my mind about ordering a phone from this seller, purely for the case of I changed my mind on which phone I wanted. But the seller was incredibly prompt in issuing my refund when I cancelled my order only a couple hours after my initial purchase. Would buy from this seller again.

Had the P30 Pro for 8 years previously & the one I've just purchased is as described, brand new (albeit a older version of the Huawei brand) which is perfect as it has playstore installed for Google apps 😊 Well packed for shipping and arrived 10days early 😊 Outstanding value for money Quality as expected from the excellent Huawei and despite being an 8yrs old design it's appearance is as good as anything on the market currently

  I bought this xiaomi mi 11 ultra before Chinese New Year And the company had enough time to ship my item before Chinese New Year and they didn't they kept making excuses after excuses and keeping me waiting for so long to the point I got so angry and so fed up that I ended up looking elsewhere on eBay to buy another phone I complain to eBay customer service and ask the company to cancel the phone for a full refund you don't treat customers like that disgusting service do not buy off this company
