    Printer has just arrived. Packaging in good condition. Just taken it out of the box but intend to take my time familiarising myself with the set-up before I try it for the first time.     Prints nice price was awesome but shipping sucked. They advertised 2-4 days but it was much longer and tracking was not even realistic. Just said in-route for a week and 3 days.

    slight problem with delivery, but not the sellers fault. I received an email stating my parcel was at the drop off point, but when i went to collect it there was no parcel there. I contacted the seller who was really good and the next day my parcel arrived at the drop off point. I have used the printer and I am really impressed with it.

    Massive delay in shipping initiated a claim and was promptly informed of actions by my seller. Ultimately the problem lays outside of my sellers control or Ebays control. However, I felt it necessary to initiate a case so there was documented proof of major delays from the shipping organization. The outcome was what I preferred, in that I received what I purchased and in good condition. I do not hold My seller or Ebay responsible for the circumstances that transpired.
