  When the package arrived all the items inside were gone and the box had been taped / repaired . We worked together in an attempt to locate the items but the post office came up with nothing.. They have a procedure to get some money but not concerned about the missing parts. I really needed the parts but it was apparent the parts were lost..Seller was very understanding and issued me a full refund. That was very grecious of them. I couldnt ask for more..

  I am really happy with this Yamaha frame! It was wrapped extremely well for shipping - actually had some difficulty getting it unwrapped. :-) It was just as described and the shipping was fast. The crucial part is that the frame came with a title, making it a great value. Excellent seller!
