    The photo of the packet was not of the actual packet sent out because the untabbed Hario filters have been unavailable for years and now they are all tabbed. I had good communication and they replaced the incorrect photo with the correct one and issued a refund.

    Royal mail have yet again failed to deliver my parcel telling me that nobody answered the door. This despite a large sign on my front door asking them to leave it outside my backdoor. I suspect they're employing immigrants who cannot speak English and certainly cannot read it. I'm fed up with the incompetence. Oh and they said they would deliver by 11:00am and then failed to deliver at 16:00pm. Pathetic bunch of clowns.
