  A1 seller. Item quickly dispatched and delivered. Well packaged and at a great price. Unfortunately the item delivered was not exactly as described due to an error by both myself and the seller. However, after contacting the seller I was immediately offer a partial refund, which I accepted. Recommend seller 100%. Mistakes happen, but the issue was resolved promptly and very professionally.

As with every other purchase I have made from this seller my item was as described and shown in the listing. The item was carefully packed and arrived undamaged. The item was very good value for money, other sellers are offering inferior similar items for a lot more money.   Superb used OO gauge end tipping railway wagon by Hornby finished in the iconic livery of James Hargreaves and Sons of Leeds. Delivered promptly and safely in great packaging. The model and box are just as described, in excellent used condition. Manufactured mainly of plastic the wagon is very well detailed and comes with the extra feature of an opening door. Great communications by the seller. Very happy to recommend this excellent Ebay seller. Thank you.

  Just arrived (1130am) very well wrapped up and postal charge very reasonable for size of the box although there was a second box in it too!!! As described and very good value.
