  In every way, this was a very positive experience! First, Ebay sent a message that the dolphin had been delivered, but it hadn't. Oops! I sent a message to the seller, who responded immediately. We decided to work together to see what happened: With phone calls and a note to the postman, the next day USPS delivered the package. A total win because my faith in the seller was justified. Then when I opened the package, I saw that the dolphin is absolutely beautiful!!! Win. Win.
