  This item was not packaged appropriately and was pretty much destroyed during shipping. Feathers were packaged in a plastic bag with nothing to prevent them from being crushed, which they obviously were.

  We are making it right with the buyer. Sending him a new one. We do not have control of the package after it leaves our shop. The postal system is not kind to packages. Didn't give us time to even message back before leaving a negitive review.
