    The item arrived promptly and was well packaged. Unfortunately, the pins weren't attached to the strap, but came separately, which wasn't mentioned in the auction details. Fortunately, it was easy to attach them, which isn't always the case. I asked the seller to amend their description to "strap + pins (unattached).

    Although the item arrived late, it was not the fault of the seller. It was the fault of none other than USA President Donald J. Trump, who temporarily interrupted shipments to USA from China. Communicaiton with the seller was top notch. When it became known that the package was being returned to the seller due to the temporary export restrictions, and the restrictions were lifted, the sell immediately shipped another package to me to fulfil my order and that one arrived quickly. Great seller!

    Initially I ordered a remote that was incompatible with my system at home, I discovered this when the seller was concerned I hadn't ordered a controller unit with it. They canceled and refunded my original order and pointed me to a comparable product that met my needs. I ordered that and it arrived early. I have it, and it is exactly what I needed. This is a good outfit. Great customer service. Five stars.
