    Shorts were described as “ in excellent condition/worn only once or twice”. That isn’t true as I have many pairs of these exact shorts and none of them are in the condition that these are. There are frayed edges, bare threads, a hole in one of the legs and all over worn fabric. That doesn’t live up to the sellers description. I always hesitate to give negative feedback -I know that sellers depend upon positive feedback. I have 23 yrs on eBay w/ over 10,000 purchases & just 5 negatives given

    You were sending me a message half a 8.5 x 11 page long. You kept repeating yourself in different way. The main way was how you wanted a refund without returning them or you would leave negative feedback. Which is feedback extortion and breaks eBay policy. For those of you that think this person has been on eBay for 23 years...people buy old accounts just for this reason. To use it as a backing to get refunds without returning. Clearly this buyer doesn't know the rules. Shorts were USED, not new

    Fast shipping, I attached a picture of the shoe on the left is what I received the shoe on the right is the shoe that I am currently wearing at work, seller described the issue as a 10, the shoe that I have now is a 10 there is obviously a size difference, cannot wear these shoes because they’re too tight my loss!!

    Um, no. The manufacturer described them as a size 10. Says it right on the tag "US 10". So you are calling out one of the biggest shoe manufacturer New Balance as wrong on their sizing?...again...um no. If these are to tight, then you are not a size 10. Try going up a size. Thank you! 8/12
