  The item is nice but I never heard back from the seller regarding a fabric defect ( see attached photo). It shipped relatively quickly considering it was shipped from China. I am still going to use it, but given the expensive price for a plastic picture, it should have come without defects. Buyers note: it is not a canvas print!

  This is the last message we sent. We never heard back! Thank you for the picture and information so what exactly is damaged? I’m sorry I honestly can’t really see any physical damage on those pieces. Please clarify. And help me see what I’m missing ? They will be back on Monday, May 5 from their May day holiday weekend soon as they are back, I will talk with them about this. Thank you. Can you please clearly show exactly what the damage is and circle it sorry I can’t see it. Maybe it’s just me.
