  When I opened the first box and saw that they had sent me the wrong version of Dirge by mistake I contacted the seller regarding the hickup. They replied very promptly (w/in 2 hours), offered to send the correct version or allow me to return the wrong one for a full refund. I opted to have the correct one sent and it was in the mail the next day. Seller also told me to keep the first bot. Accidents do happen, but the customer service more than made up for any inconvenience!

  Shipped very quickly it was very well packed. Packing wrap to protect and the figures and accessories were neatly placed in plastic bags. It was as described. This was my first buy from this seller and I’m impressed I recommend them. I will definitely buy from them again.

  Item exactly as described, in great condition, and in sync with the pictures provided in the seller's post. Package was well-packed to protect against potential damage and it was delivered safely. This is a great piece to add to my collection, and the seller's price was amongst the lowest while still competitive in its quality with the higher priced items I researched.
