    I was happy with everything. The shipping was on time, the item was even better than in the pictures! On his own behalf, this seller offered to help with an aspect that wasn't his responsibility but simply out of kindness. He also brought the price down with my bid.     Ordered on a Sunday, arrived on a Thursday. Securely packed in a very nice bubble wrap pillowcase type thing to prevent damage. Computer is exactly as advertised, and works exactly as intended. All specs are correct, everything is fully functional. Amazing price for a refurbished computer. 10/10, would buy from them again.

    The item was well packaged but did arrive broken. After discussion various options with the seller, I decided to return the item for a refund. The refund was quick and I was extremely satisfied with the process. Seller was very easy to work with throughout the process. I would consider buying from this seller again.
