    Received battery damaged, the outer box had no shipping instructions (this side up arrows) Water seeped out of the red hole on positive side of battery. Was told by Tesla since it’s a sealed maintenance free battery, there’s no way to add water. Did not trust using battery knowing cells had lost water. Had Tesla service center install a new battery.

    We’re truly sorry your battery arrived damaged. It left our warehouse new and sealed, but carriers can mishandle heavy items; without “this side up” labels it may be stored upside-down and leak. When you notified us we offered a free replacement or refund, yet never got confirmation. We still want to fix this—please reach out and we’ll resend or refund immediately. Your trust matters to EVolution Parts.
