  Lack of transparency. Seller completely failed to indicate in his ad that a sound card was needed to use this item and then denied my request to cancel the order for a refund based on complete and utter misrepresentation.

  I was sceptical when I got a message that my shipment had an error, but to my surprise it came in earlier than was quoted! I got a mower deck rebuilt kit and I am VERY PLEASED with not only the quality of everything but the low price of it. It was a fantastic deal and everything was in good condition, except for 1 of the pulleys was bent (most likely in transit). I was able to use a pair of channel locks to straighten it out good enough to work. A++++++
