  In the listing, there are pictures. None of the pictures have Verizon stamped on the back of the phone. Even in the description, it states that it will not work for Verizon. When I received the phone it clearly is a Verizon phone. Verizon phones will not work with cricket. I want to return the phone, but the seller says I have to take it to a licensed retailer.

  There was a mix up in which phone to send me they the company did the right thing and reimburse my money very promptly and very efficiently. Sometimes mistakes are made but this company fixed it immediately very good people to deal with.

  A new phone in box arrived early. As a bonus also a charger, cable, screen protector and case were included. The seller responded quickly and politely when I contacted them after I placed my order to request a color change. A great purchase!
