  Bought an Thinkpad T14 Gen 4 AMD from this seller. It was reasonably priced and in great condition. It was shipped quickly and packaged well. Unfortunately I had to return it it due to Computrace being installed and active on the laptop. Talked with the seller about deactivation but we weren't able to remove iit. Seller was understanding and offered a refund. Even with the issues we had I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again. 10/10

  Great seller. Great value. Item as described. The computer was perfectly packaged, there was a minor mistake with the ac adapter and they refunded me partially. Great communication and attention to the client. Fast shipping as well. If you like technology and like giving these machines a second life, best kind of recycling, this is a seller you should consider. Thank you!

  Highly recommend buying from EPC-Texas. The laptop arrived in good condition and was shipped in bubble wrap. He was also great to work with. The first time I ordered, I had given him the wrong payment info and he had no problems canceling the order for me. The next time, I had given him the wrong address and it was returned to sender. After he received it he sent it back out to the correct address I provided.
