  0 Stars - AVOID Seller! Seller sent a faulty travel pillow, demanded I pay for return despite damage. Seller was condescending & rude when I contacted them and refused to provide a full refund, I then had to escalate to eBay for prepaid label. After returning item in original packaging, seller withheld partial refund claiming poor condition- a blatant attempt to reclaim the postage cost. Appalling service. eBay's intervention was the only reason I got a full refund. Don't deal with this seller!

  The truth - you ordered 3 and only wanted 2, ebay wouldn't give you a free returns label as the returns policy states you cover return postage if the item isn't defective. You then pretended it was faulty to get free postage which ebay then took back once I shared the messages and the pictures of the pristine item. I am yet to come across a 'faulty' travel pillow.
