As soon as I informed the seller he comes forward and offered me all the options refund, return or discounts, which I chose return. I got refund but I can see seller made some losses. Pump arrived without the bracket. I contacted them three times about the bracket shown in their selling picture. So the pump is no good to me without the bracket to mount it I contacted them about it but all ignored. I have asked were to post it back if they pay postage , but again ignored. Poor traders and tricky dealer to me. I won’t use again or promote Definate. Help me ?
