  Was not a sealed case as listed. Items came sealed separately in bags with flat packed boxes. All were different so that was good. Took a while to turn up and seller didn’t respond to my initial question. All worked out in the end

  Over 2 weeks following my order, the item had still not arrived despite me receiving a despatch notice. So, I sought a refund and I received it the following day with a request that should the item finally arrive then I should return it using a return label to be requested from the company. The courier service appears to be at fault. This is a perfectly fair outcome for me, I haven't received my chisel but I haven't lost any money so I left a Positive rating.

  Great product as described and good quality. Dispatched quickly but took a further 4 days to arrive and not 2-3 days as per advert. It was new, in sealed plastic bags with instructions but no box. My child absolutely loves it and now wants some more!!

  When I received my parcel it was damaged I got intouch with the seller and within seconds I had a return label and everything sorted very highly recommended 👌
