  I couldn't be happier with the work preformed. I was able to track the part. They called me as soon as possible for an update. I received the repaired part sooner than expected. The appearance and condition I received it in was more than I expected. It was packaged to protect the part. If I am ever in need of this type of repairs for another vehicle. Iwas surprised to see the lifetime warranty that was placed on their repair. ECU1 Repair has a customer for life.

  Absolutely outstanding experience! I shipped the item as instructed and received a callback with details about sending a repaired ECU. I was both excited and a bit skeptical, but to my surprise, the ECU arrived earlier than expected. After installation, not only was my original issue resolved, but multiple problems were fixed as well! I’m extremely satisfied and grateful—thank you so much!   Best service. Got it repaired it. Called me to tell me it was done and explained what they did. Got it back quick and it works like new. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They are polite and fast. Thanks a million. I will use again and recommend this company.

  They kept my ECM for over 2 weeks, after i contacted them finally they called me back saying its NOT repairable with NO further info, well and i just received my item back after 3 weeks, with NO report or NOTE at least, in general its a waste of time and money, bad service and really bad communication. They didn’t even open the ECM to begin with, and to be honest i dont think they even touched it. Don’t use this service. Bad customer service.

  HI, We called you with the information as to why your part was not repairable. There was also a note sent to you in the box with the part with that information as well. All parts are opened as the very first part of testing is a visual inspection of the circuit board. We do close the module back up before sending it back to you, which I guess is surprising to you. If you are going to leave negative feedback at least make it truthful and not made up nonsense.
