  The original package got lost during shipment on a truck but the seller was excellent on communication & sending out a spare as well as driving it to another post office 45 minutes away. The condition is brand new with tags on with a good value on shipping and not too marked up compared to original price. Appearance and quality is excellent. Thank you so much for the EU opening day tumbler!! My friend loved her gift. I would highly recommend this seller and purchase from them in the future.

  my package arrived in secure weather-proof packaging, the item itself is immaculate and exactly as described. included inside as extras was an official disney bag & Hollywood studios map! i couldn’t recommend this seller enough :)
