I waited three days and was notified by DPD via Email for a time of delivery. You will need the PMKN4265A programming cable for the Motorola R7 radios. The older type is not compatible and this seller sells them much cheaper than other places. I would recommend the seller to everyone. He did offer to program the radio but I did that myself with the Motoral CPS 2,0 Software.
