  The purchase went great. Unfortunately, the soup bowl arrived broken. The item looked to be well wrapped and packaged. It just did not survive the trip. I contacted the seller, sent him pictures and he immediately contacted me. He said he would apply for the insurance refund. I did not have to do anything but send him pictures. The refund was granted. I appreciate his actions and would certainly buy from this seller again. Thank you!

  Seller broke a plate from one of the sets and let me know , Asked me to cancel order (had not been shipped yet, so I canceled it. Was refunded quickly and I reordered the one set he had left. It all worked out. I have bought from them before and would again.

  The bowl I received still had the store tag. It has never been used. It was carefully wrapped and packaged for shipment. The value and quality were excellent. Also, thank you for sending it quickly !
