    My rating is not for the product as it arrived damaged and wasn't as good a quality as the pictures suggested, although I should have realised, given the price. However their customer service was exceptional and they reimbursed me immediately without any questions asked.

    Ordered item was in good condition, but packaging was in poor condition when it arrived , I know it was not your fault but at the end of the day if I need more carbon fibre wrap I will contact you again. So I am happy to give you a 5 star rating because it is good value and good quality for money.

    Order was placed on a Tuesday for a delivery on Friday. Delivery tracking was done via a link provided and SMS. The products arrived right on time, in very good condition and looked good. Very good quality upon the first use and wash. Was within my budget too so will certainly consider the vendor again. Thank you!
