    The item specifics and the item description both described the card as having a foil finish, but when the card arrived it was a regular non-foil finish with a value much less than the card I thought I was bidding on. The seller acknowledged the error and offered a refund that was negotiated down to fair value of the card that was received. In the end, I was not overcharged for the card I received, but I will leave the rating as neutral since I did not get the card I was hoping for.
