  The USPS never delivered the item. Although the vendor stated he would issue a refund or send a replacement, he never did. I indicated that I still wanted the item, but it appears that he waited until ebay made good on the transaction and then offered to sell me 2 of the items for an additional fee. I have no need for two of the items and was able to source it from another vendor. This vendor wasn t at fault for the missing item. The US Postal Service was.
