  Item arrived within the estimated delivery date. When I tested it, it was not working. Messaged the seller and provided photos when asked of the issue. Without hesitation the seller said they would send replacement parts. Received new led hanging bar and power cord. Everything works perfect. A1 seller and resolved issue quickly. Would buy from them again based on prompt shipment and customer service

  As soon as I posted negative feedback seller contacted me to resolve the issue. Offered to send a 12v replacement at no cost which I accepted. Will take a while to arrive but unless there are further issues this problem has been resolved by the seller so updating ratings to reflect that. Description still shows 12v operating voltage so if important to you, be aware product may be 5v.

  The item is fine. It looks good and lights up. I'm a little disappointed by the color. The listing said that the color was the same as the first picture in the listing. That color was orange. The one I received is yellow. The quality is very good and the sign came with everything I needed to power it and to hang it. The packaging kept it safe for shipment. It was shipped in a styrofoam package within a poly mailer.
