  The customer service is formidable, in case of any questions they answer it, they even facilitate import issues by making packages of several items so that the shipping cost is lower, the packaging is excellent, it arrives without a single scratch or mistreatment. 10/10 the service, the only thing that could be "bad" is the issue that shipping takes a while and if you order from Mexico the price increases due to import and tariffs

  The figure is in Perfect condition, Mint in box. The quality is excellent. Got it for a steal! and it looks awesome in my collection. Ordered on 9/5 delivered on 9/13. Original box was bubble wrapped and shipped in a larger and very sturdy box to ensure it arrived safely
