  Item as described and arrived carefully packaged after a long wait without any communication after confirmation of order in the intervening period. For no apparent reason, despatch took eighteen days before posting with Royal Mail on a Sunday! Nothing wrong with the item at all, but I think I will revert to buying direct from Japan in future as the service is typically better.

  Great quality pens that look good and write beautifully. Brand new in their box. This selection of pens are rarely available in the UK so these were a rare find at a very reasonable price. They were well packaged and arrived quite quickly. Excellent customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this Vendor again.

  I initially thought it was slow to dispatch, and there are other comments from people who have had issues with this, but when the item was dispatched, it arrived just the next day which was the earliest day of the estimate, so the seller kept their promise. Item was securely packaged.
