  Not sure why USPS didn't mark as delivered, but it came today. It was packaged VERY well and was exactly as described. I will definitely return to this seller if I need parts! Hopefully this was the issue because I don't want to get more parts, lol. Thank you for a great transaction!

  I was sent the wrong item, but contacted seller. They were very helpful and we worked out a deal for me to return the wrong item and purchase the correct item. Thank you!

  The seller responded to my request within a couple hours and issued me a full refund for the incorrect/used item they had shipped me. Hopefully, this was an honest mistake and it won t happen again.

  Seller initially sent the wrong (brand) item, after returning it at the seller's request, he sent another drive with twice the memory capacity for my troubles. Although I didn't recieve the initial brand advertised in the original listing I am satisfied with the replacement. Communications from seller was good the entire time. One note, both drives were used and had partitions on them, for me this was not a problem but for some people it might be. The seller should wipe the drive and test it.
