I inquired about a delay that had occurred with shipping and within minutes received a phone call from the owner with reassuring knowledge that my product would make it there and if it didn't he would make it good.   This (Compuert Be Gone) is a 10 star seller ... item was shipped immedialtey but the USPS either lost and/or has not delivered the time .... When I advised the seller of the delay-lnon receipt... a refund was issued immediatley .. can not ask for better service!!! Will buy other times as neeeded from Computer Be Gone!!!!
