    The seller is helpful and honest. The boat is well constructed. It was shipped DHL and packing was good. The item was generally as described. Overall it presented a reasonable value. The challenge was communication. The seller's rep was responsive and prompt although my requests were not fully addressed. I requested a full RTR boat and stated that I was prepared to pay for that condition. It was agreed to yet the item arrived in "almost ready to run condition" and thus assembly was required.

    These groups of stores are great to deal with great products, it’s just they say free shipping on an item and when you pay and wait a week they then notify you that shipping was more than expected and if you are willing to pay a portion.
