  The skirt arrived smelling heavily of tobacco. I contacted the seller, but she suggested that I was deceiving her on purpose, and there was a scam using it as an excuse to ask for the partial refund. She also suggested that ups person was smoking near it, but the skirt was packed in a plastic bag, then in a thick paper envelope, and it smelled terribly inside all that package. It could only mean that either the seller had it in a smoking house or somebody was packing the her. I felt insulted.
