I bought 6 stands this time and one stand was missing the top portion. I called and my call was picked up promptly by a very courteous and helpful person.     I am so pleased with the display case. The quality is great, arrived in perfect condition due to excellent packaging, the case and base is exactly as described. Great value for the money.     Item arrived in perfect condition well packed wrapped up with a rubber band and cardboard!
