I bought 6 stands this time and one stand was missing the top portion. I called and my call was picked up promptly by a very courteous and helpful person.     I am so pleased with the display case. The quality is great, arrived in perfect condition due to excellent packaging, the case and base is exactly as described. Great value for the money.
