      Even though what I received was not as pictured ! and was received three days later unexpected... I'm going to give them a pass for this price point coming from Cally.... But was deceiving...... Price point ridiculous....A+++++ for a decent washer and free FedEx! Job well done....

      FEDEX dropped the package and damaged it as they were walking up my driveway, so I rejected the delivery. The seller promptly issues a refund with no hassle. EXCELLENT service!! Highly recommend!!

      I received item well packaged in the box. I have not removed it from the packaged for installation as yet. However, what I’ve seen thus far, the items looks like new. Initially , a bit of anxiety from me regarding shipping details from the seller. But things moved really quickly from tracking to arrival. So ok about 6 days for item to arrive. Thank again for a great experience so far. Hoping to have the transfer case installed on Saturday.

      Great seller, prompt response, item shipped out quickly with tracking information. BUT, item got lost by USPS twice during transit. No way for me to rate the item as I still do not have it. The seller deserves a 5-star rating, while USPS gets 0.

      Happy with shipping. Oil drain washers appear to be good. They were in a plastic bag with a shipping label. I probably would've preferred that they were in a padded envelope or small cardboard box, but they seem undamaged, so no big deal
