  Item showed up with a cracked lens. May have happened during shipping and the seller gave me a full refund not requesting the item back. This is an excellent and honest seller. I hoped for a smaller refund to replace the lens as I purchased a new lens already. Unfortunately the lens is almost as much as the entire assembly after shipping costs. I give this seller excellent feedback because most wouldn't have responded this way. Honest and fast response. I'll purchase again from this seller.

  Shipping was a few days late and the packaging was ripped open when it arrived which made me nervous, but luckily all the parts were still inside and the coffee machine was in one piece! It’s just as pictured and described by seller which was amazing! Easy to put together, turn on, and start. The price was really good and I find it so worth it. So far I made my husband his first cup of coffee in a DeLonghi and not only is the machine working well, but coffee tastes amazing!
