  This book arrived exactly as described. Chris was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was responsive and forthcoming with details and information about the item and shipment. Originally he could not find the item when I purchased it but vowed to find it and ship it; AND HE DID. Chris has brought a lot of joy to our family today when this book arrived; it was one of my daughter's favourites when she was little and we unfortunately lost ours to damage years ago.
