I contacted seller a couple times. No response. Order items from China,April 24th. At present time, June 13th, I haven't received items. It's hard tracking order. They don't make it easy. I have no idea at what location destination it is. I have ordered other things a month after from China and have received items. Not from this seller

Really happy with this, good communication from the seller, they emailed me twice, and acknowledged my response right away. Nice quality - I like the fact that it's bamboo rather than plastic (which the so often are) I just feels more authentic to have the bamboo. Arrived in good condition. Box was squished but contents good. Great value, snaps open really nicely and looks very stylish in the black. Kinda wish I'd bought 2!

The item was shipped but returned back to the seller a few days later. The seller never tried to ship the item again or reach out about the situation. The estimated shipping window went on for a month, so I figured I'd wait. When the time came, I told eBay that the item has not arrived. The seller provided no response. Thankfully, eBay issued a refund. This experience has been nothing but a waste of my time expecting for the item to come, with no contact from the seller. Would not recommend.
