    Ebay said that item would be received around May 3rd. Have not received item. Reached out to customer service and they were nice and checked, so no complaints about them, however it still has not shipped. Have not received item so no idea if its as described, or the value or how it was packaged.

    Contacted couple times about shipping issues, no real resolve. Solved the issues myself cost me time and money. Glad I didnt purchase my motor through them as I would not trust the warranty process at all after dealing with them. I thought being local to me it would help but they weren't very helpful over the phone email or in messages. Not sure the best to communicate with them but I think they're just horrible at it. Id purchase else where if considering it
