We are a family-owned business with our customers in the fore front. We are very honest and loyal to all our customers, and we do make every effort to make sure the products are as listed. We've been in business since 2007, started with a brick-and-mortar store, but found that a physical location was very costly, and we gradually moved to e-Commerce/on-line sales in 2016.

    I do not make the Camera, We answered all your questions and sent pictures. It is a $9 Item and we allows returns. This is the 2nd Item you have purchased from us, Not sure why you left this feedback and did not return the item. But I'm not a mind reader.

    First appearance was kinda concerning but for the price I said what the hell as I Was concerned on the quality originally of a resell but now that I received the monitor the quality is like new, still had original packaging for 90% of it and the peel on the back of the monitor was still there, don’t know if there was a repair or return but I am not disappointed after all the test I have ran all day. Well worth the value after seeing it in person! Plan to buy from again.
