    Overall, this is a good quality brand new guitar, as described, at half RRP this represents very good value. It arrived in 3 days, better than the estimate, although £25 is really the top end I would expect to pay for delivery. It arrived in good condition. However, whoever packed it did not put the guitar in the wrapper inside the box, so it was clonking about inside and could very easily have been damaged. The inside cardboard shows a lot of marks. The photos show exactly how it arrived.

    Great value, posted very quickly and excellent communication when they noticed that DHL had not delivered after the second attempt. Would recommend seller doesn’t use DHL in future. Attempted delivery went to wrong address. Also, signature required meant an hour and a half return trip to collection depot.

    Item arrived arrived as described within the timeframe unfortunately I was not in and unable to accept delivery. I had to go and collect item from post office which is where the problem has came no fault to the seller. The item was well packed but the post office decided to cover it in oil contaminating the case and cover game is okay zero marks for the post office

    I am rebuilding my Xbox 360 collection, and HAlo Reach is an absolute calssic that I spent many, many hours playing. The game arrived quickly, was well packed and was as described, in very good condition. I am looking forward to giving this a good run when I get some free time. This is a cool game at a reasonable price, with good communication from the seller. Thank you so much :)
