  BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!! I purchased a bottle of nail polish from CBNAILSTORE428 that was clearly advertised as "New in Box" (I have a picture of this ad) but was shipped what was clearly a used bottle that did not come in a box. After contacting this seller several times, I did ship it back to them via USPS with tracking that stated that they received the item back on August 6th. It is now September 8th and I still have not received a refund & have sent 4 more messages with no replies.

  Extremely impressed with this seller! Carefully packaged my polish, adding packing peanuts between the two bottles to protect them and wrapped the box in multiple layers of bubble wrap before packaging to ship. The product is exactly what I wanted. I will absolutely order from this seller again!

  I was having trouble finding OPI's "Are We There Yet" Gelcolor and Nail lacquer, which is my signature color. I found CBNAIL Store by chance. I was so glad that happen and my experience with this seller was excellent. The duo purchase arrive within the time that was given to me on the web site & I received updates regarding my purchase.   Had problem as received wrong color polish, but seller responded promptly and once provided with proof of error, via photos of package and polish, sent out correct item. Also, kindly told me to keep incorrect item due to the error. Only criticism, I requested correct item be sent overnight, but seller sent first class, so from order date, 12-20-24, to delivery date, 1-6-25, was 17 days, which seems excessive. Still, overall positive experience and would buy again from seller.

  This color is discontinued & somewhat hard to find, but my mother claims it's her signature color & nothing is like it. The seller read my notes & reached out with questions, then responded quickly to my responses. It was shipped promptly to my mother, & the only issue was a delay within the USPS system. When it finally arrived, my mom used all caps & emojis to tell me the polish was in good condition. Aaaand now I'm back to being the favorite kid. Thanks CBNailStore428, good looking out.
