  order this 4400 firmware card as recommended by seller that will fix my bootloo software error, i installed but the update fail to installed thinkibg was deffective card contact seller he msg. me the card update will not fix it but i can ship to him and he will fix the problem. why? he states his firmware card will fix now i have to pay extra for him to repair never offered to refund my money. but ebay never fail they refund me. will not buy from this seller anymore

  The buyer attempted to update his radio's firmware but interrupted the process before it was successfully completed.As a result his radio had Firmware Failed and then exhibited Software Error screen because the software on the original SD card was corrupted.The SD card he got from me would have worked had he not interrupted the firmware update installation. He is mad because Firmware Failed screen could not be fixed by the SD card he bought,I tried to explain to him how the issue could be fixed
