  Delivery was fast, item arrived in the condition described (New), and price was a good. The problem is with the product itself. I already watched two DVDs and no close caption available, in spite of this feature being clearly advertised on both, the DVD case and the video feature main screen. I’m not a native English speaker, so, for me, CC is a very important feature when it comes to watching movies. I’m not blaming the seller for this, however, I’m very disappointed with this purchase .
