  Unit arrived perfectly double packed A++ Unit was safe and in good condition. It did NOT include the black and green cords shown in the add which is disappointing such should NOT be shown if NOT included. I would purchase from them again now that I am aware pics not accurate for delivery. Price is GREAT! A+

  One of the three items in this purchase was irretrievably lost by the seller in the packing & shipping process. We arrived at a mutually agreeable valuation for the missing component and seller provided a refund for the agreed upon amount. While the lost item will mot be easy to replace, seller accepted responsibility and did his best to fairly and honestly compensate me for losing it.

  The item was in great condition, got what I ordered. Although the communication was poor. I asked several questions, and text messages have receipts. I was asked, “what are your questions”. They were in the messages… the problem with this is I had already ordered the item. So it was a little late for that. Overall somewhat decent experience.also the shipping price could have been better.
