  The Barbie arrived relatively fast being it came from United States to Canada. I was actually impressed with how quick it arrived. She's beautiful. The shipping cost were very good. I've noticed a lot of shippers are over inflating the cost of their shipping and charging less for their merchandise. This wasn't the case. The Barbie was a reasonable price. The box was not in the best condition nor was it packed well. I think it may have got damaged on shipping.

  The shipping time for this item was promised to be 4 days, but it actually took 18 days to get to me. When it arrived, I no longer had use for it, because I needed the item earlier and had to buy it from another seller. So I started a return as soon as the item arrived, but instead of apologizing for the hassle with the shipping delay, you demanded that I pay the return shipping fee. When I tried to communicate with you about that (twice), you just ignored me and never messaged back.
